Hi everyone! I hope everyone is healthy and staying safe. I know its been a difficult and weird time for all of us. In 8 days would be my favorite day of the year, Hop Sauce day! It is a weird feeling not to be stressed out and going crazy and being in the middle of chaos right now! I would be worried over every detail and making sure everything in the paperwork realm was done and putting out any little fires or last minute requests or issues. As the day got closer, I would get more neurotic...I just always want everything perfect for everyone. At some point, during the day of HSF, I look around and I see the happiness, the joy, the smiles, the little kids dancing, people relaxing, socializing, just having a good time and all that stress from months of planning goes away. I am so grateful to everyone that makes that day the best day of the year: my co-organizers at Jetty, the volunteers, the vendors, the sponsors, all of you who attend and support us, my husband and everyone who works for us at Spice It Up, my family, my friends, the media who cover the event, the Borough of Beach Haven, Ritchie & Page Distributing Co, Inc...the list goes on and on.

HSF is not only one of the best days of the year, it is also the largest fundraiser for the Jetty Rock Foundation and so this is a huge financial loss to the programs JRF supports, especially the Oyster Recycling Program. If you can donate, even $5 or $10, maybe $20 or $50, whatever it is you can give, it would help the JRF to continue their programs. Thank you so much for supporting us every year. Fresh off our May 15th production run, the wait is over. In addition to our freshly run inventory of Original, Peach and Watermelon, we have now added Strawberry Basil to our HABARITA family of fun and fiery flavors. This sweet, savory and spicy mixer makes amazing strawberry margaritas, mojitos, daiquiris or any kind of cocktail you can come up with. Try it on the rocks or frozen with tequila, vodka or rum.
