Tulsa Hills Wine Cellar is located in the Tulsa Hills Shopping Center (next to Michael's) off of Highway 75 in Tulsa, Oklahoma. OUR STORY
Our story begins in 2010, when four Tulsa families opened the Wine Cellar out of a mutual interest in wine, beer and spirits. These families have enjoyed exploring the endless worlds of the products we offer and sharing that experience with staff. In the past 10 years, Tulsa Hills Wine Cellar has grown into one of Tulsa’s premier destinations for wine, spirits, and beer – known for regular tastings and special events that give customers an exclusive opportunity to try our products and learn more about them. In 2014, Tulsa Hills Cigar Cellar & Market was born to “complete the experience” with over 900 premium hand-rolled cigars, pipes and pipe tobacco, and related accessories and a Market with gifts, accessories, and specialty food items.

Bitter Hearts Know Better Cocktail 🖤 💘
Ingredients:
Pink sugar, to rim glass
2 ounces hibiscus-infused gin*
1/2 ounce Lo-Fi gentian amaro (or other gentian amaro)
1 ounce lime juice, freshly squeezed
3/4 ounce simple syrup
Directions:
1. Wet the rim of a coupe, then roll the rim in pink sugar until coated, and set aside.
2. Add the hibiscus-infused gin, gentian amaro, lime juice and simple syrup into a shaker with ice and shake until well-chilled.
3. Strain into the prepared glass.

*Hibiscus-infused gin: In a large container, combine 1 750 mL bottle of gin with 1/4 cup dried hibiscus flowers and let sit for 8 hours. Strain back into bottle.

Rum: Use white rum
Mint: Muddled fresh mint makes the cocktail extra-cooling and light.
Lime: Freshly squeezed lime juice ensures a perfectly balanced cocktail.
Simple syrup: This homemade ingredient adds a delicate sweetness.
Club soda: Top off the drink.

1. Muddle the mint. Gently muddle fresh mint leaves in a cocktail shaker.
2. Shake the ingredients. To the cocktail shaker, add lime juice, white rum, and simple syrup. Fill with ice, seal, and shake until very frosty.
3. Strain and enjoy. Fill a cocktail glass with fresh mint leaves and crushed ice. Pour the cocktail through a fine-mesh strainer, top with sparkling water, and garnish with a lime slice.
