Don Julio Classic Margarita
1.5 oz Don Julio Blanco Tequila
0.75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.5 oz Agave Nectar
Lime Wedge

Combine Don Julio Blanco, fresh lime juice, and agave nectar into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well. Strain into a rocks glass over ice. Garnish with a lime wedge.

The Apple Butter Old Fashioned

⦿ 2 oz. Elijah Craig Straight Rye
⦿ 2 Tbsp. Apple Butter
⦿ 2 dashes of Orange Bitters
⦿ 1.5-2 oz. Sparkling Apple Cider
⦿ 1 large Ice Cube

Garnishes:
⦿ Apple Slices
⦿ Cinnamon Stick

Instructions: In a cocktail shaker, add Elijah Craig Straight Rye, apple butter, orange bitters, and ice. Shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled. Strain into a rocks glass over a large cube of ice. Top with sparkling apple cider, then garnish 9with apple slices and a cinnamon stick.
