Basin applicators are self-directed leaders who are responsible for making pesticide, fertilizer and chemical applications accurately and efficiently. Our growers trust us to provide quality services; our applicators play a key role in helping us live out our values. Basin applicators possess a strong work ethic and manage their time effectively in order to meet deadlines.

The team member that fill this position will:

🔸 Properly prepare and load products, consistently selecting correct products and rates
🔹 Provide efficient and accurate applications, paying attention to details of recommendations, weather and field conditions
🔸 Facilitate billing and closing recommendations
🔹 Perform regular equipment maintenance and operational checks
🔸 Address grower's questions & concerns with courtesy and professionalism

Applicants must possess a Current Driver’s License (Hazardous Materials Endorsement is preferred), must demonstrate a safe driving record, must have the ability to perform all physical tasks associated with loading and unloading materials, must be able to mix chemicals accurately in accordance with recommendations and must possess general math skills & ability to convert liquid and dry materials to different units of measure.

The ideal candidate for this position is ready and willing to learn, punctual and detail-oriented, adaptable to changing circumstances and consistently bringing positive input to achieve goals.
