RSV can feel like a cold, but for some, it can be much more serious leading to hospitalization. That’s why it’s important to get vaccinated.

The RSV vaccine is recommended for:
1. All adults age 75 and older
2. Adults ages 60 to 74 who have a higher risk of severe RSV infections due to chronic medical conditions and other risk factors
3. Pregnant people between 32 to 36 weeks gestation, to help prevent RSV infection in their newborns.

Pregnant people should get the vaccine between September and January, when RSV infections tend to be the most common. All other eligible adults can get it anytime, but the best time is late summer and early fall. You can learn more or schedule an RSV vaccine
at Walgreens.com/RSV.
