to us. Edgewood Estates LLC, A Manufactured Housing Community was established in 1956 from a piece of Everald & Selma Griepentrogs dairy farm. Their thoughts were to build a place where people could own their own home even if they did not have the land to build it on. Today this very idea is still the backbone of Edgewood Estates LLC as 98% of the population are home owners. Edgewood Estates LLC along with the Village of Tigerton and other business owners developed an area adjacent to Edgewood Estates LLC known as the Embarrass River Travel Center. The travel center is made up of a gas station and convenience store, an automatic car wash, a full service bank, and a restaurant all within walking distance.
