For the first time, we have released a Jefferson's Ocean Single Barrel. This is voyage 33 which spent time rolling in waves by Costa Rica and Puerto Rico. By inspecting the barrel and the stresses it went under, we can almost guarantee incredible tasting whiskey. It delivers. It is amazing. At cask strength of 117, all the traditional flavors of caramel, brown sugar and spice pop. The finish is long and warm. $109.99

Our Angels Envy store pick has arrived. These are far from the the shelf version of the brand. At 110 proof the port finish takes a backseat but still lingers. You can expect a silky mouthfeel that is tangy, smooth and layered. This is our first barrel from Angels and we are thrilled. Price per bottle is 109.99 and certainly worth it.

Our single barrel store pick of Elijah Craig Cask Strength showed up. (123.4 proof). Back in February, a few "degenerates" and I went to Heaven Hill to pick the very best available. We had the choice of about 24 barrels. We narrowed it down to six. This is it. It's dirty. It's old. It's amazing.

Our first barrel from Wilderness Trail arrived today. If you like “wheaters” like Weller / Bernheim, then you will definitely enjoy this one. At 111 proof there is plenty of horsepower to keep you interested. This wheat whiskey is light, smooth and delicious. Perfect for the summer nights ahead.

Last year’s K**b Creek store pick was amazing. When picking this year, we asked the distiller to match or beat it. It’s a safe bet to say, he did. This one is three days short of 10 years old. On the nose you’ll get a caramel bomb. On the finish, you’ll get a long warm experience. At $69.99, it is the best bang for the buck.
