The Lincoln Police Department is launching the ‘Pink Patch Project’ for the first time to raise awareness and money for local breast cancer treatment.
In partnership with the First Responders Foundation Lincoln and the Heartland Cancer Foundation, LPD will sell pink police patches for $10. Patches will be for sale at the Hall of Justice and at all three LPD team substations through October or while supplies last. The money will go directly to treating local cancer patients.
Fill up every Tuesday at U-Stop to help us donate 2¢ of every gallon to the Heartland Cancer Foundation. The foundation provides housing and transportation to help cancer patients in our community focus on healing. Give back by filling up today!
