Hello to all my loyal customers. The Red Junction Rattle snake has undergone it makeover just in time for the 2018 Rattle Snake roundup. Swing by the Red Junction and take a look at the new look for 2018. She looks awesome. I have placed the Rattle snake inside the store. Swing by and take pictures of 12 foot Rattle snake. At the same time try some fresh tamales or a Smoked Brisket sliced or chopped sandwich. Best brisket in West Texas.

Hello to all my customers. The Red Junction is about to open its new kitchen@ The Red Junction. The Rattle Snake Cafe in the Red Junction will be Sweetwater's first drive thru cafe. we will be serving all of your favorite breakfast taco's. The store will now be opening at 6:00 am for convenience. We are excited to be able to service all of you in the morning. In addition we will be serving Real Pit Bar B Que sandwiches for lunch and dinner. Please get checking us out on face book for additional items we will be serving. Tamales will still be on the daily menu. We will continue updating items that will be available @ The Rattle Snake Cafe. Come by and check it out. The menu will also be posted on Facebook.
