This wine is IMPOSSIBLE to find! 😱
The Cabernet Franc from Jax is one of those wines that we KNEW we had to have in the shop. We were fortunate enough to try this wine with Kimberly Jackson at the vineyard and were absolutely BLOWN away.
This wine is the definition of small production wine and let us tell you, if you can get your hands on a bottle (or 6) you should without a doubt grab it. The Cabernet Franc is traditionally used as a blending grape in their Cabernet Sauvignon but in 2021 it showed so well that they decided to bottle it on its own.
There were only 4 barrels of this wine produced since they only grow about half an acre of Cab Franc grapes on their vineyard sites. This is a special bottle of wine and we are lucky that we got a few cases of them in to share with all of you

Domaine Pelle makes an entire lineup of incredible wines that come in at incredible values and this Sancerre is no different. It is crips, bright, and super mineral driven which is classic to the Sancerre region of France. The best thing about it, is that this comes in at less than 30 bucks which lately isn’t the most common when it comes to wines from Sancerre!
