Come out and help us close out January! We are so ready for dry January to be over with and we are looking forward to our customers being back. We have a couple of new wines and a chocolate tawny to taste.

We are starting of with "When life gives you oranges", an orange wine that has a pale orange color. Intense aromas of bitter oranges, dried flowers and slight nutty hints. Fresh, vivid and well-balanced, with a nice acidity; the aromas carry through to the palate. The finish is long, intense, and complex.

Olivares Altos de la Hoya Jumilla, a blend of 90% Monastrell and 10% garnache, Deep, rich, and round with aromatics that echo on and on. The fruit is wild and brooding and shows some good grip. A warming and spicy wine for sipping around the fire.

The Lambert Estate Chocolatier pairs an aged tawny with dark chocolate to craft a unique balance of flavors. Whether you choose to drink it plain, pour it over fruit or ice cream, or create you own signature dish, it is always a favorite.

For brews we are featuring Broken Skull lager, Konig German pilsner, Doom Volume Hazy IPA, and Kentucky Bourbon barrel stout.

Stop by and see us this Friday from 4 to 7 and have a taste with us.

Is dry January over yet? Can it be? We have a nice line up of new wines for you tomorrow, 24 January. We hope you'll stop by between 4 and 7 tomorrow and have a taste with us!!

Starting us off is Brand Weissburgunder. Weissburgunder is the German name for Pinot Blanc, and this liter-bottled version snaps, crackles, and pops with energy. Translated, this stuff is bright, crisp, and zingy. Uber refreshing and mouthwatering, this lower alcohol wine offers up notes of white flowers, green apple, citrus, and mineral.

Next, a new brut Rose. Paris-Simoneau Brut Rose. This wine is a charming example of sparkling Loire Rosé. It presents a fine palate, delicate flavors of strawberry and redcurrant. Just the merest touch of sweetness on the finish.

Finally, from Familia Furlotti, their Malbec. With punchy dark fruits, lush texture, Boysenberry and blackberry jump out on first sip, with to***co and leather that intensify as the palate unfolds.

At the beer table, we start with Downeast Italian Ice, a cider. tastes just like the end of a lemon Italian ice or the end of a freeze pop. easily the best part of a freeze pop.

Next, Hofbrau Hefe Weizen. Bavarian specialty and a signature beer. A refreshing very quaffable wheat beer with aromas of banana, delicate citrus and spice notes and follow through on a crisp entry to a dryish medium body

Followed by Veil Brewings "I don't want too BU" Hazy IPA. Aromatics and flavors of cantaloupe, fleshy tropical fruit, some blueberry, grass and honey. Scores 4.16 of 5 on Untapped.

Finally, Mackeson Triple Stout. A full bodied example of an old Southern English style sweet stout. Brewed since 1907, this world class stout possesses a distinctive texture and superb balance, while being recognized as one of the smoothest stouts available.
