Crafted in the remote mountains of Puebla, Mexico, Fósforo is made using 100% wild agave Papalometl, harvested by hand and cooked underground using traditional methods. The result? A mezcal that balances smoke, minerality, and earth in every sip.
Zoe Harris will be your host for the evening, with a special appearance by Fósforo founder Lisa Detwiler, who will share how a love for artisanal agave spirits led her to co-create this extraordinary mezcal alongside fourth-generation Master Mezcalero, Aaron Robles.
This is more than a tasting—it’s a journey into the heart of Puebla, and a chance to experience mezcal through the eyes (and palates) of its makers.
