A few weeks ago a woman called us and placed an order for a couple of barrels. She paid over the phone and we ordered and everything was good to go. On day of pick up, she calls us and says she is lost. She can't find us around town. So for 25 minutes I'm trying to explain to her where we are. She is naming roads and buildings I've never heard of. She is getting stressed and frustrated. She is yelling at me at this point. For the life of me I cannot figure out where this woman is until i realized every word that ends in "ER", she is pronouncing as "ah". "Do I gotta go furthah?" .. "it's down furthah?" "Around the cornah?" It's down further around the corner alright. 5 states away further. She was in Stoughton, MASSACHUSETTS. For the next 15 minutes I had to explain to her there is another Stoughton in Wisconsin and this wasn't a prank 🤦🏻
