Good afternoon, let’s celebrate the 4th of July! 🎇

⭐️The store IS open today but the post office is closed due to the holiday. As for a reminder, hours of operation are 6AM-5PM Sun/Mon and 6AM-7PM Tuesday through Saturday!

In honor of the holiday, the store would like to celebrate our friends that create and sell local products!

🌟Including T-Shirts that symbolizes our store! In a variety of adult and youth sizes as well as multiple color options!

🌟Our very own Jessica Allen makes T-Shirts, hoodies and sweatpants that represent Stoddard, which also come in a variety of sizes and color.

🍁Our friends at Midnight Maples Farm make a variety of delicious products. Such as different maple covered nuts, mixed maple shakers, maple hot cocoa, maple granola and maple sugar. On the other hand, there is also maple cream and fudge that is found in the fridge.

⭐️Our friend at Juniper Hill Cards captures beautiful pictures within her garden that she then turns into cards. Offering quite a selection, both horizontal and vertical facing cards- this item is right for any occasion!
⭐️⭐️Her husband is quite the craftsman himself. He works on handmade wooden objects such as different sizes/shapes of wooden bowls and flower vials. A unique and cool gift for anyone who enjoys local products.

🍁Let’s not forget about our pure local honey and maple syrup! Loved by all, the store offers Po***ck’s Bees quarts of maple syrup and 16oz bottles of honey. This year round is a hot item!

Good morning! ☀️
Ever wondered how present day Stoddard came to be? In honor of celebrating Stoddard’s 250th anniversary, we have a cool item to check out!

⭐️Director of the Historical Society of Cheshire Country, our very own Alan Rumrill, is the author of the book. Using archival photographs, Rumrill writes distinctive stories from the past that shaped our community today!

⭐️This books dives into aspects about our little town; such as public places, businesses, agriculture, the people of Stoddard and much more! It even includes a picture taken in 1995 of our store!

Definitely worth the read; stop in to the store during operating hours to check it out or purchase a copy!

As hot weather continues rolling in, stop in to try some local sections of ice cream and novelties!

⭐️A customer favorite is Barts Ice Cream! Established in 1976, Barts has a variety of flavors; all made with pure cane sugar and no high fructose corn syrup. Beside ice cream, they have multiple sorbet flavors in which we offer as a dairy free option!

⭐️Sisters of Anarchy grew from a multigenerational tradition and from the love for ice cream! Their flavor elements are almost entirely created by what grows in their farm. This company believes in bringing “farm to cone”, sharing what they believe is the proper way to make ice cream.

Got in our order of Miller Farm milk! Miller Farm is a organic dairy that is began in 1916. The farm is sourced out of Vermont and is a fifth generation family run operation.

⭐️Miller Farm milk is creamline, which means it’s non-homogenized. This allows a natural separation where the cream rises to the top, the old fashioned way. For a consistent whole milk, shake before drinking!

As for this week, we have their delicious maple milk and creamy chocolate milk!

Happy Bike Week! 🛣
Visitors from Montreal, Canada stopped in for breakfast sandwiches, muffins and coffee! They loved our little town and appreciated the stores offerings as apart of their travel. Hoping for blue skies for their long ride back home!

Good Morning, Stoddard! ☃️

We are back up & running after loosing power for an extended period of time. Due to this, we lost all of our deli inventory and must discard it. This means, we are unable to offer any food products at this time.

This is a huge hit to us and we will be working diligently to get products restocked.

We apologize for any inconvenience this causes and hope to be back serving food early this week!

Mill Village welcomes you to take part in our holiday food drive and giving tree! 🎄❤️

For many, the holidays can be very difficult. With that in mind we are connecting with the community to reach those in need.

We currently have a food drive in place at the store, collecting can goods and non-perishable food items to be donated! Such donations will be donated to familes that find themselves in need this holiday season.

The Giving Tree is a program that contributes to assisting local families in town. The purpose is to help provide gifts to children in town whose families are going through extreme financial hardships. To participate, come in and talk to our staff!

Outside of both of these, we are also accepting donations like clothing, jackets and gift cards to be given to those in need. See myself (Annie), Libby or Jess to get your donations to Stoddard families in need. Thank you for your generosity and contributions toward local families!
