Today we come to you with some bitter-sweet news about a face you’ve seen behind the meat counter for 9 years. On one of your trips in for some of Len’s world famous sandwiches or meats, Frankie-Lee may have mentioned how she is on a mission to be the undisputed best meat cutter in all of MN. She has spent the past 9 years learning everything possible about cutting the perfect sirloin, sourcing the choicest meats, and grinding ground beef that simply can’t be compared to the big box stores.
But, we are sad to announce that in order to press forth in her quest to know everything there is about meat, Frankie-Lee is going to be moving on in order learn techniques such as smoking meats and cooking meats, something Len’s just doesn’t have space to do. Although we are saddened to be losing her, we are so grateful for the 9 years she has grown with Len’s are excited to be able to say that the Legendary Meat Cutter known as Frankie-Lee started at Len’s. We know she is destined for great things, and wish her the very best in her new endeavors. On your next visit to Len’s be sure to give her a big thanks for all she has done!
