BIG BOTTLES: BATIC JEROBOAMS AND MAGNUMS
Biodynamic wines from the Batic family of the Vipava Valley in Slovenia. Big and bright wines in very big bottles. These are wines that can lay down for a while, like the next 20 years. That said, we drank a jeroboam of the Angel White a few months ago and it was stunning. So, drink now, drink later, your move.

HOW TO STAY SANE: COLD PLUNGE AND SAUNA
Lenora and I channel a lot of energy into this business, Caravan Wine Shop, and also into our family with two little kiddos that bring joyful mayhem to most waking moments of the day.
We started going to @nordicnightsauna about 6 months ago on a weekly basis. It has allowed us to find balance within ourselves and each other so that we can keep bringing fresh energy to all that we want to do in the world.
Now, Nordic Night is planning to bring a cold plunge to the sauna. This is a major thumbs up moment. I first discovered the thrill of cold water plunge by living in an old house as a kid. When someone would flush the toilet or wash the dishes, my shower went cold. Honestly, it felt great. Surprising yes, but exhilarating always.
