"We call this sharp shooting"
An action filled morning provided a ton of fun and a nice fish in the bag! Always great work by @dylan__lenz to put this nice edit together! The @conklynlures glitch pedigree getting the job done AGAIN! I haven't taken this bait off my rod yet!
What a weekend at the Wisconsin Musky Expo! We were so excited to be able to get to chat and drink with all of you!! Congrats to Wade Palashewski on winning the flaptail and Justin Fischer for winning the guide trip!
P.S. Reading is hard
Livescope Plus’s have arrived and Garmin has perfected live imaging sonar!
We used our livescope to the fullest last night and put a league night fish in the net. Using perspective mode, we were able to locate suspended muskies over deeper water. It seemed that fish would immediately react or have zero interest at all. We were fortunate to get one in the net as we had plenty follow to the boat and miss our baits.
We have limited availability so get yours soon👇🏼

The walleyes are still running and the bite is 🔥
Got out with our good friend Sterling King at Kings reel time fishing last week for some walleye action! The 3/8th perch hair jig produced early but the bite gradually slowed into a jig and minnow bite. Walleyes were plentiful and even lost a bonus musky at the boat.
If you’re looking for a walleye or musky trip, contact Captain Sterling at Kings Reel Time fishing. He is an accomplished fishing guide on the Wisconsin river and you’ll be sure to catch fish and have a great time!
Grab yourself one of the hottest hair jigs this year!👇🏼

Winter walleyes, does it get any better?
We had an awesome day on the hard water last week. We focused on the main river channel, adjacent to a large sand flat.
Tip-downs, jigging and Finicky Foolers were our best producer. Walleyes seemed to prefer black tail chubs and large shiners over fatheads and rosie reds.
We had an awesome time and got some great walleyes for the pan! Big thanks to @dylan__lenz for putting this awesome video together!
Weekly River Report 12/31/21
Happy New Year!
Got on the ice to do a little fishing this morning and it was productive! We stayed close to home and wandered out on a little backwater slough that always holds fish. Ice thickness was 9-11” and solid. We fished with spoons in 9 FOW that were tipped with minnow heads.
Other keys to success were:
-Pink buckshot rattle spoon
-Gulp alive minnow on a 4mm tungsten jig
-Tip-downs with fat heads produced a few walleyes
-Medium shiners on tip-ups also yielded a few walleyes
What a crazy and awesome year! Thank you to everyone who has supported us in 2021 and we hope to see you all in 2022!

Christmas River Report!
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to everyone! We went out yesterday during the warm weather and got after the walleyes. Ice was holding around six inches and was solid!
Keys to success were:
-4# fluorocarbon leaders
-Medium shiners and large fatheads
-#18 treble hooks
-Tip ups and tip downs
Have a safe and Merry Christmas and go catch some fish!!
