This evenings creations. A little practice n the right tools helps in making some of my best ci**rs!
No doubt it’s a lot of trial n error. It takes time to get a feel for the ***co…stretching ..cutting n how each ***coleaf lays into the next…I kept working it …I smoke many of the ci**rs I roll for the experience, feeling proud of what I created.
It’s definitely a …but I found my game …an art I never thought I would be this deeply involved in…

Enjoying a nice Robusto from Domenico Cigar which is a small factory in Dominican Republic. It was a unique visit in 2015 as this was the first factory I had hands on training in cigar rolling…I’m forever thankful for the young gentleman that showed me the way to roll some great ci**rs…as time went along I met some great people that encouraged me to keep creating..it took years no doubt to roll what is considered 100 % smokable .. it’s not an easy art to master. I’ll never consider myself a master roller but all I know is I bring a smile to the many thousands I’ve met along the way n they love my ci**rs…peace love n ci**rs friends ! of a

Big shout out to my nephew Brandon McNamee for the great time we had at LIT Cigar Lounge STL …we both met new people n talked with many in our circle of friends! Checked out many coolcars n even got ours out for a ride. **rs .. Love you nephew!

As we made our way though the #sanlotano #cigarfactory we have our eyes focused on the superb technique of how Donald a floor supervisor is tubing the #tobaccoleaf and inlaying each leaf into each other. This allows for a proper draw of the cigar which is what we all want so we can enjoy our #smoke ..many rollers in today’s factories use a #Lieberman Machine to help with binding of the #cigar… Here he’s creating a 60 ring gauge cigar. Look at the amount of leaves being used. The bigger ring cigar the more time it takes to create. A true master of his work ! Many views of the Bunching and wrapping… The San Lotano factory recently expanded with new buildings….so the lighting and the cleanliness of the factory is spectacular! Many of the ci**rs you smoke are made in this factory! Take a look at the factory stamping on the bottom of your favorite box.

From small seed to the barn….from there to the fermentation…next …aging to the rolling table ! More to come! I hope you enjoy the pictures from my trip to Estelí Nicaragua…
