Job Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to…..
* Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.
* Registers sales on a cash register by scanning items, itemizing, and totaling customer’s purchases.
* Monitoring the pumps and inside of store.
* Resolve customer issues and answers questions.
* Collects payments by accepting cash, check, or charge payments from customers and makes change for cash customers.
* Operating credit card authorization systems, Lottery machines and check processing.
* Balances the cash drawer by counting cash at the beginning and end of the work shift and making deposits.
* Maintains checkout operations by following policies and procedures and reporting needed changes.
* Light cleaning and stocking shelves.
* Makes coffee and stocks deli & bakery items as needed.
* Must be 18 years old and hold or acquire an Alcohol Server License and complete a Cigarette Sales Course.

* Bakery Food Preparation: Includes donuts, turnovers, cookies etc
* Deli Food Preparation: Includes grilling, deep frying, assembling sandwiches, making pizzas etc.
* Adhere to proper safe food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures.
* Maintains appropriate dating, labeling and rotation of all food items.
* Stores leftovers according to established standards.
* Coordinates daily food supply inventory for the deli.
* Assists with receipt of deliveries.
* Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of equipment, food storage and work areas on a daily and weekly schedule.
