Shop is now open again!

Hey everyone! So I'm back and open and there's now a sweet new door ready to open and close for easy access to the shop! Big thanks to the Josh and Rachel, the building owners for making this happen, and to Scott and co. for all the legwork! Sorry for the inconvenience and I Iook forward to seeing you all around this weekend and beyond!

I'll be closed Monday and hope to Reopen by Friday!

Work will start Monday July 29th on the installation of a new door! Soon you will just be able to walk right into the shop! I'm hoping everything is ready to go by Friday but I will send out another blast if there's any delay! Sorry for any inconvenience, and hope to see everyone (coming in through my own door!) next weekend!

It may be kind of dreary outside today, but hopefully I can brighten things up at tonight’s Monthly wine Tasting! Not pictured above is a special secret sparkler I think you’re all gonna love! Tasting is at 6pm inside The Black Twig in Sperryville and is 25 bucks for non wine club members and only 15 if you’re in the club! Email me at [email protected] for info on the wine club!

Wine Tasting Next Friday, March 22nd at 6pm!

Hey everyone! Next week is the Monthly Wine Tasting over at the Black Twig! Chef Daniel has been kind enough to lend me their backbar in the big room for the evening and has made a special menu of delicious snacks to munch on while we explore some really cool new wines and vintages just hitting the shop! It's 25 dollars per person and just 15 for Wine Club Members! Not in the wine club? Don't worry, just shoot me an email at [email protected] and I will give you more information on how to join!

Event starts at 6pm on Friday March 22nd!

In other news I'm going back to my spring/summer/fall hours and will only be closed on Wednesdays til the Winter hits again!

Hey all! It's time for my monthly wine tasting! Here's a sneak peak at a few of the wines we'll be exploring! Tasting starts at 6pm Friday the 16th inside the and costs 25 bucks a person but only 15 if you're in the wine club! Wine Tasting This Friday Nov. 10th!

Hello Friends! I'm holding my monthly Wine Tasting this coming Friday November 10th inside the Black Twig as per usual. It will start at 6pm and be $25 dollars per person or $15 if you are in the wine club! Email me at [email protected] for more info on the wine club or if you would like to join!

The wine club release will be Friday November 17th (just in time for Thanksgiving!) and I wanted to share with you my Holiday Hours. I will be closed the Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday of Thanksgiving week but will be open normally on that Friday the 24th! Moving forward until Spring has Sprung I will be closed Tuesdays AND Wednesdays during the slow season out here. Thanks again for all of your support and I look forward to seeing you soon!

Really excited to be stocking my very own special blend of coffee in the shop! I present the House Wine Schoolhouse Blend!! 50% Papua New Guinea/Sumatra and 50% Ethiopia!! Huge shoutout and many thanks to Jesse right up the road at for helping me put it together, he’s pretty much a coffee sommelier as far as I’m concerned!! Anyways it was roasted just this morning so come on down and grab a bag before I run out!

Hey Friends! Wanna taste some super cool Orange wines from Spain and Oregon? Also featuring a delicious organic Cava and some fun reds, the tasting is from 6pm to 8pm! Big shout-out to the lovely folk at the for offering up a bit of their space for the event! In other exciting news the Black Twig now has a corkage policy in place, so for a fee you can come dine anytime there and buy a cool bottle from the shop to accompany their amazing food!
