Since the original pioneer of our small coffee corner started this business, there was an aspiration for more. Almost 4 years later, that dream to move locations is coming true. If you’re a current Boyd County local, there’s a good chance you’ve heard the buzz behind our big move. If you haven’t, now you’re in the know! 😉

Starting in FEBRUARY Locals will be relocating in Spencer to the newly built BASCO Travel Plaza! In this space we will not only continue serving you all delicious drinks as we have the last 3+ years, but get to up our game with new amenities! 🎉 You’ll be able to use our new DRIVE THRU window and snag a baked good, made in-house. You’ll also find a seating area for YOU, our wonderful customers to simply rest, study, work, converse with those you love, and make memories you’ll laugh about for years to come. 🤎 In the coming months, we hope to provide a small variety of hot breakfast options as well.

As with any new venture, we’re entering uncharted territory. We sincerely thank you for your continued support of this small business, and ask for your grace and understanding as we relearn how to serve you all in our new space. 🥰

This whole process started around two years ago when members of BASCO approached me with this opportunity. Looking back on the process, I’m so thankful for their graciousness in offering to make me apart of their dream for Spencer. I’m ecstatic to see what BASCO Travel Plaza along with our business can bring to the community. ☕️⛽️

The good Lord has blessed us in so many ways with opportunities and growth within the Country Cafe the last few years. We would like to extend a huge thank you to all owners, operators, and employees at the cafe that have worked with us and helped us make countless memories. This business would not be what it is today without their graciousness and support. ❤️🤍💙

Mentioning those individuals that have made this business what it is, there is one we have to recognize especially. We will forever be thankful for Stephanie Boettcher at 63 County Store for providing us this direct opportunity. It’s been a wonderful 3+ years working along side you and your staff. Your willingness to guide, assist, mentor, is something I personally strive to someday provide for other young entrepreneurs. Octane rating is a measure of a fuel's ability to withstand compression in an internal combustion engine without causing engine knocking. In the U.S., unleaded gasoline typically has octane ratings of 87 (regular), 88–90 (midgrade), and 91–94 (premium).

Most gasoline sold in the U.S. is blended with 10% ethanol, also known as E10. In 2011, the EPA approved an increase of 15% ethanol blend, also known as E15, for use in cars, pickups, and SUV's from 2001 models and newer.

We also have 91 Premium, #1 and #2 Diesel.

Manager responsibilities include maintaining a clean and safe environment, light accounting, handling inventory, and driving sales. Strong leadership, ability to multitask, and industry knowledge are a must. Non-managerial team member responsibilities include managing the cash register, stocking merchandise, and maintaining a clean environment. Experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate. Maintenance technician responsibilities include routine upkeep, addressing repair needs, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Experience in general maintenance tasks and a commitment to safety standards are required. A basic understanding of plumbing and electrical is beneficial.
