It’s November! Which means a new Wine of the Month & Beer of the Month! This month we have Daou’s The Pessimist Red Blend and all varieties of Heineken 12-pack cans and bottles!!
We’ll be tasting the Pessimist at our weekly wine tasting this evening, so stop by and give it taste!

And don’t forget, our holiday tasting is in just a couple weeks, so if you haven’t yet, mark your calendars for Nov 13 from 4PM - 7PM!

Hot Buttered Rum

🤤 Yummm It’s Hot Buttered Rum Day! Ingredients: ▫️ 1 stick unsalted butter ▫️ ½ cup light brown sugar ▫️ 1 tsp vanilla extract ▫️ 1 tsp ground cinnamon ▫️ 1 tsp ground cloves ▫️ 1 tsp ground nutmeg ▫️ 1 tsp ground allspice ▫️ 2 oz Myers’s Dark 40ABV ▫️ 6 oz hot water / or / hot chocolate Directions In mixing bowl, combine butter, vanilla extract, sugar and spices. Mix until well combined. In glass or mug, combine Myers’s with 2 tablespoons of butter mixture. Remaining batter can be stored for future use. Add hot water (or hot chocolate) and stir until ingredients are well incorporated. Top with whipped cream. 🍷 Add a Holiday Sangria to your Christmas Dinner menu! ✨ Holiday Sangria ✨ ▫️ 1 bottle Mark West Pinot Noir ▫️ 1/2 cup New Amsterdam | 40ABV ▫️ 2 cups Cranberry Juice ▫️ 1 cup Orange Juice ▫️ 1 cup Apple Cider ▫️ 1/2 cup Triple Sec ▫️ 1/4 cup Honey or Simple Syrup ▫️ 1 cup Fresh Cranberries ▫️ 1 Orange, (halved and thinly sliced) ▫️ 1 Lime, (halved and thinly sliced) ▫️ 1 Pear, (halved and thinly sliced) ▫️ 2 sticks Cinnamon Add all the ingredients into a large pitcher and stir well.
