Bourbon is a labor of love...Angel's Envy is a labor of something bordering on fanaticism. Small batches are aged 4 to 6 years, then finished in port barrels from Portugal for a sweet, smooth flavor. Unless you are talking about the rye... earthy rye flavors enhanced by sweet Caribbean rum casks...how can this not be the envy of angels?
