The second wheated Found North release, this one is a blend of 23 Year Corn Whisky, 19 Year Corn Whisky, 9 Year Malted Barley, and 8 Year Wheat Whisky... Aged in new and used American Oak, and bottled at 61.9% abv.
Nose of vanilla wafer, toffee, and semi-sweet chocolate. Hints of plum, shortbread, rock candy, and orange zest. Cinnamon sugar layered on Irish buttered toast, with wood-spiced tannins on the back palate. 🤤
