A traditional Swami hop profile with North American hops that is elevated with the addition of New Zealand-grown Cascade and Nelson.

They are both in the boil and dry hop that brings out the bright notes of grapefruit and gooseberry.

Pilsner malt from California and Germany balances the bitterness of the hops which they use their house yeast, La Cruda, to accentuate the malt character and aroma.
