I don’t know about you but we are fighting this blast of cold weather and snow with our Pork Chili Verde. It’s packed with big chunks of tender pork shoulder that’s been slow cooked in a medley of roasted poblano peppers, jalapeños and tomatillos and served on a bed of jasmine rice. ✨Chili is here!!! ✨

We are kicking off our chili season with a stray from the norm. Skyline, Cincinnati, 3 Way, whichever you call it we’ve got it! We made an all local organic beef chili and serve it over spaghetti noodles. Top it with diced onion, shredded cheddar cheese or the What Not Inn 5 pepper hot sauce. Just get in here. It’s awesome 🤤🥣

✨New Sandwich ✨

Ok guys we have something special over here. We have perfected our own porchetta for your sandwich pleasure. We’ve cured pork loin wrapped in pork belly with lots of herbs and spices for 2 days and slow roasted it to perfection. We then toast our ciabatta sub, slather it with garlic aioli and Italian salsa verde, melt fresh mozzarella on the warmed pork and top it with arugula. All we can say is YUM 🤤
