It has only taken 9.5 days to be recognized for "The Worst Meal In South Fork"! Topped with a 1 star review, it can't be better! 🥂

No, but seriously, we take this stuff to heart. While we have switched to counter service (to make sure we can be here every day!), we still strive for every meal to be delicious!

If we are falling short, please, PLEASE talk to us about it. We are humans that care about humans, here.

The lasting ramifications in a tourist town for a small, family run business that depends on Google reviews to drive travelers in are harsh and real. This, as a local, in no way supports the town as a whole, let alone can HURT an operation and put them out of business, hurting a family and the town.

We always and anytime will appreciate honest feedback, and will always do our best to make things right when falling short of the public's expectations.

This is not how you support local businesses, and we'd never do it to you...

Today, we will have Chicken Noodle Soup!

Tomorrow, we will have Clam Chowder (no bacon!)

And, Saturday we will have Colorado Calico Beef Chili and your choice of a Green Chili or Classic Cornbread Muffin!

We will continue to have scratch made soups daily through mud season, however, our daily specials will slow down to one or two weekly specials until Spring Break.

PSA: today was the day our soda machine was supposed to get moved, cleaned, and be ready for self service. Due to a family emergency, our installer had to reschedule, some things you cannot prepare for. Until then, we will continue to offer whatever cans we have and fresh brewed ice tea.

Also, we sold just around half of our Chicken à la King yesterday, so today we will be offering that again. $10 for an 8 ounce scoop of a creamy stew of tender chicken, mushrooms, and onions over a buttermilk biscuit. Warm. Quick. Tastes like fancy chicken and dumplings.

We also have our Chocolate "Moose" and cheesecakes today!

Meet the Gone Rogue Chicken Sandwich with Ringots (a mix of our beer battered onion rings and tots, for when you don't want to choose)!! This is one of our brand new items to the menu, and the crowd has been loving it!

As the American story goes, Chicken à la King originated at Brighton Beach Hotel in New York in the 1890's by Chef George Greenwood in honor of the hotel's owner, E. Clarke King II.

Do you choose the Red Brandy sauce (🍒Cherry🍒) or the Blue Brandy sauce (🫐 Blueberry 🫐) with your Lemon Ricotta Cheesecake? It's lemon-y without being too lemon-y and fluffy like no other cheesecake we've ever made! Literally melts in your mouth. 🤤

Also, the Wolf Creek Runoff Cheesecake Brownie Sundae, sooo many textures, peanuts, caramel, rocky road ice cream (or whatever kind you want!) cheesecake, brownie..... 🤯 Definitely a must share!!!! Wowza!

Three tacos, one plate? Your choice to mix and match Brisket, Catfish, Carnitas, or Smoked Chicken with our house beans and spicy rice!

We had a decent showing after the vote on late breakfast this last Sunday! The results were close when we counted for both normal hours and breakfast until 1. With those numbers, the guys decided they could handle offering both to you all by serving breakfast until 1 pm with lunch/dinner options starting at 11 am. We will give it another go on Sunday and see what the turnout is! Burgers and pancakes? Biscuits and gravy and catfish tacos? We got you. 💜🦋💜

What's Crack-a-lack-lins? Fresh, still crackling pork rinds sprinkled with our super rub! Light, gluten free snack with lots of flavor!!!
