Update from MassDOT: The General Pierce Bridge will be fully open by the end of the day (2/27). The temporary barriers and signal system will be removed and two-way traffic will be restored. The contractor has been working extended hours to make this happen.

There’s still some work to do on the lighting system, but it’s expected to be mostly accessible from the sidewalk.
