100% Elbling grapes farmed organically and hand harvested in Mosel, Germany by Matthias Hild. This white wine was made vegan with one of Europe’s oldest grape varieties. This Sekt has bright acidity and ripe, juicy aromas and flavors of pineapple, peach, lemon, and green apple with a refreshing bubbly finish.

Elbling Trocken is a dry white wine made with 100% Elbling farmed organically. 21 days of fermentation in stainless steel, and malolactic fermentation before bottling. Belliza Pinot Grigio 1L 2022🍇
100% Pinot Grigio organically farmed and hand harvested in Veneto. Belliza’s densely planted vines are in the foothills just a few hours north of Venice. The Pinot Grigio sees slight contact with the grape skins and is fermented in stainless steel. It offers bright notes of pear, nectarine, apple, banana, and lime with a long finish.

Peirano Estate Merlot 2021 🍷
100% Merlot, hand harvested on the estate from six different clones, three of which are rare French and Italian. The wine presents notes of black cherries, ripe raspberries, white pepper, and hints of cocoa and toasted oak. Finishes long with moderate tannins. Aged in French oak barrels with 20% new oak.

Bow & Arrow Melon 2021
The soils here are more a mix of alluvial and volcanic soils than its neighbors. Deux Vert has the oldest (intentionally!) planted Melon vines in the state. The wine is aged on the lees for the minimum eight months that quality Melon seems to require. The wine reads as sea air and oyster shell with herbal reverb and citrus sustain.

Bow & Arrow Rhinestones Red 2021
The classic Johan Gamay expression of dried rose petals and graphite mixed with the Pinot vibes that only this vineyard can produce. (In no small part due to Pommard and Wadenswil clones matched with the cool temperatures of Johan.) For the very first time the Gamay and Pinot were picked on the same day but as usual, were fermented and aged separately. Gamay needs its concrete to do what it does and the Pinot loves its older barriques.
