Christmas Cosmo
Ingredients:
2 oz Re-Imagine Cranberry & Orange Gin
1 oz Cranberry juice
0.5 oz Orange Liqueur
0.5 oz fresh lime juice
Garnish: Lime wheel, fresh cranberries, and more!
Directions: Combine gin, cranberry juice, orange liqueur, and lime juice in an ice-filled shaker. Shake well, strain into a chilled coupe glass, and garnish. Cheers!

One of our favorite traditional spirits to make is the classic Italian Amaro, Nocino. The result is a spectacular balance of botanicals with the bitterness of Walnuts. Made the authentic Italian way by picking walnuts while they are still green on June 24th, the day of San Giovanni. The chopped walnuts are left to oxidize in the moonlight before being infused with a plethora of botanicals for four months. Sip into Summer with our
Melon & Mint Gimlet!

Our Melon & Mint Gimlet is a refreshing take on the classic Gin Gimlet. This cocktail is thirst-quenching, beautiful, and easy to make. Perfect for summertime!

Ingredients:
2 1/2 ounces of Melon & Mint Gin
1/2 ounce of freshly squeezed lime juice
1/2 ounce of simple syrup
Garnish: lime wheel or orange wheel

Let's make this!
Combine all of the above ingredients in an ice-filled cocktail shaker. Shake until well chilled and strain into your favorite coupe glass. Garnish with a lime wheel and immediately Cheers!

Sidenote: Why I Love this Cocktail!

This cocktail is close to my heart as it combines two of my favorite things: our Melon & Mint Gin, crafted especially for me by Fred, and memories of my Grandpa Jack who was a brilliant entrepreneur and very creative mixologist! Fred's Singapore Sling has Summertime Vibes

When it comes to our Distiller, Owner, and father of 3, Fred is vibing these days with a classic Singapore Sling Cocktail. It's a refreshing cocktail with a lot of personality, just like Fred! Cheers to our favorite Dad and Hello Summer!

Singapore Sling
2 oz Re-Imagine Gin #1
1 oz Spritz Apero Americano
1 oz Pineapple Juice
1/4 oz Lime Juice
2 drops of Bitter Brothers Aromatic Bitters
3 oz Club Soda
Garnish - Lime Wedge & Fresh Mint

Combine Gin, Spritz, and lime juice in an ice-filled shaker and shake until chilled. Strain into a tall glass. Top it off with club soda and stir once. Garnish with a lime wedge and fresh mint. Cheers!
