Hail Santa IPA “Our annual tribute to that jolliest of dark overlords. Brewed with local wildflower honey, malted rye, and a touch of light caramel malt. Dry hopped with the classic Cascade and our forever favorite Simcoe. Hail Santa! Notes of Meyer lemon zest, pineapple sage, white flowers, unripe peach, and bergamot. 6.4% ABV.”

Sooooo…. This happened! blessed us with a Private Barrel. If you know us/me, you know we love us some Smoke Wagon. Been rolling with them wit for a hot minute and we finally got a barrel and let me tell you it was worth the wait! Right out the gate it hits you with a little sweetness, combined with some spice. Then it coats the palate with all of your favorite bourbon notes; caramel, vanilla, brown sugar and notes of cherry that just make this just an outstanding bottle. We are super happy with how this turned out, get it while you can!!!
