Sooooo…. This happened! blessed us with a Private Barrel. If you know us/me, you know we love us some Smoke Wagon. Been rolling with them wit for a hot minute and we finally got a barrel and let me tell you it was worth the wait! Right out the gate it hits you with a little sweetness, combined with some spice. Then it coats the palate with all of your favorite bourbon notes; caramel, vanilla, brown sugar and notes of cherry that just make this just an outstanding bottle. We are super happy with how this turned out, get it while you can!!!

Today we pay tribute to our friends over at Gillians Wonderland Pier and the iconic Ferris Wheel with our first Rare Character Private Barrel Store Pick. Rare Character puts out some amazing whiskeys and we were honored to be able to pick not only 1 but 2 barrels. We absolutely love this label and the liquid in the bottle is gorgeous. Hits you with all the classic bourbon notes beautifully interwoven together then hits you with a nice Kentucky hug on the finish.

Another BANGER from our boys Tape Echo DIPA "Hoppy notes reverberate with each sip in our new 8% DIPA, Tape Echo! Brewed with Chit Malt for enhanced body and head retention, we hit this one with a massive Double Dry Hopping of Citra, Mosaic, Nectaron, and Simcoe Cryo using our “Low Temperature Hop Burst” technique. Expect this DIPA to be super soft with very little bitterness! Pouring a yellow-orange color, we’re finding notes reminiscent of stone fruit, freshly peeled oranges, ripe blueberries, juicy strawberries, and pineapple slices."

Two killer collabs from our friends First up is Point Panic NEIPA collab w/ “This beer features a combination of Citra, Citra Cryo, Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, Simcoe and Simcoe Cryo for waves of intense hop flavor. Pouring this beer into a glass reveals a saturated yellow-colored liquid with a fluffy white head. On tasting, we’re finding tropical notes of fresh pineapple, bright mango, papaya, juicy naval oranges, and berry medley with a slightly resinous finish.” Next up is Reel Heavy Jams DDH DIPA collab w/ “Cracking a can of this new Jams and pouring it into a glass reveals a saturated yellow-colored liquid topped with an airy white head. Upon tasting we’re getting blown away by citrus-forward tropical notes of ripe passionfruit, zesty lime, sweet candied orange, and juicy tangerines with hints of grapefruit and mango.”
