Our pal, Nick with Maverick Wine Co. is our Vino MC this Saturday. Nick is pouring Sauvignon Blancs and Cabernet Sauvignons from around the world. Different terroir, temperature and winery philosophy play a huge role in the final juice that ends up in your glass, but how? Careful, you might learn something!

It's been several years, but Schaefer's will be hosting "Uncorked Thursdays" events again! Whenever an owner, winemaker, or other winery 'celeb' is in town, we'll do our best to bring them to you for a quick meet & greet.

This Thursday from 5- 7pm, Schaefer's welcomes Scott Senner from Dancing Crow Vineyards to our Boundary Room. Stop by on your way home and enjoy some of the best that Lake County (CA) has to offer!
