Steak sandwich $25.95 - Toasted focaccia with a homemade whipped herb butter and tender slices of medium rare sirloin with fresh greens and served with thick-cut duck fat fries.

Duck poutine - $24.95 - Thick cut fries topped with Wisconsin cheese curds and our confit duck and smothered in a rich gravy rendered from the confit process.

Crab and corn chowder - $4.95 C $8.95 B - Sweet corn and crab with peppers, onions, and celery in a rich savory cream base.
