ATTENTION:

Congress has added a provision to the "omnibus spending bill" giving FDA authority to regulate synthetic ni****ne.

As you may know, last year after the FDA blanket banned all PMTA (Premarket To***co Product Application) for flavored e-liquid. The industry made the switch to synthetic ni****ne essentially stopping the FDA from shutting us all down. Now we're all back in the same boat as last year. Great American V**es may have to shut down, if we can't get through the PMTA process.



We are going to try again to submit a new set of PMTAs with synthetic ni****ne. If we can't get past the approval process we will be forced to stop selling flavored e liquid and possibly shut the doors for good.



Our PMTs were denied last time, based on the reason that we failed to prove that our products posed a net benefit to the community. We are attaching a survey. It is crucial that we get every, completed survey we can. We would like to ask for your help. It is essential that we get as many, of these surveys filled out as possible, so that we can submit proof of benefit to the community. Considering that most will be forced to go back to smoking traditional ci******es, if va**ng is ‘essentially’ banned, we feel that we are a benefit to the community. Please help us by taking the survey.

Many of you have reached out to us with concerns about us remaining open and continuing to produce house juice.

No worries!

We have submitted our PMTA (premarket to***co application) to the FDA. We will continue business as usual while the FDA reviews our application.

We are optimistic, about the outcome.

But, no matter the outcome, of our PMTA submission, we are dedicated to remaining open and helping our community remain cigarette free.

We ask for your support during these hard times. Not because we have any illusions about making a profit, but because we intend to continue paying our employees (your friends) regardless of whether they are actually at work. Also, this is going to be hard times, for all business. We want to insure that, when this has passed, there is a V**e Shop for you to come back to.

We will continue to offer call in orders that will be shipped. The shipping is Priority Mail. If you are local, you should receive your package the next day. In some cases in may be two days, local, shipping. We don't control the mail. But, we will deliver it to the Post Office, on the day you order, if ordered by 3:00 pm.

The shipping cost is $7.65. We have added a BOGOHO on all days but Wednesday, which will continue to be BOGO. We did this to take some of the 'sting' out of the shipping.
