We make sure our kids and loved one's lives are enriched - we sign them up for sports, music lessons, horse back riding, and all sorts of activities. Why do we do it? Because it's good for them! It gives them a life skill, they have fun, they stay active, they gain comradery and team building skills, and so much more. Well, guess what?! You need the same things as an adult! Don't forget to sign yourself up for extracurriculars! Even if it means meeting with a group on zoom to knit, or a book club at the library once a week, or maybe you want to hit two birds with one stone and meet a group of friends to workout with a few times a week (hint hintπŸ˜‰πŸ˜…).

If you were feeling weak, maybe its because your body is in recovery from illness or hard training. No matter how it went, we can find the best in each workout if we look through a more kind lens.

Moms on the Run offers a structured fitness program for women of all ages (not just moms) who want to get in shape and have fun doing so. Run your first 5K, improve your speed and endurance or stay motivated in your walking routine.

We offer a great selection of training formats at different times of the year. We focus on interval training to increase cardiovascular fitness levels and maximize metabolism benefits. You'll start right where you are, and walk, jog or run your way to a first race or personal record!
