Hey! 👋🏼 It’s been a minute since we looked y’all deep into your hungry eyes and with there being lots of new sandwich lovers following along we’d like to formally introduce ourselves, we’re Avery and Ashley, owners and operators of Layers Sandwich Co.

We might be coming up on our two year anniversary (in October!) as food truck operators, but it seems like yesterday that we were picking Regina (our truck) up in Portland to drive her back to Seattle and begin this journey. Over the past couple years our lives has been filled with exciting and challenging times, but most of all, it been filled with rewarding moments involving you and sandwiches.

We are lucky enough to have the best customers, EVER. From the people who visit us regularly, to the people who have followed us forrrevvver and are stopping by the for their first time, knowing y’all have made us and our sandwiches part of your day makes our hearts skip a beat.

Safe to say we’re itching to get back at it. We’re getting our second Covid vaccine tomorrow and looking forward to serving y’all some sandwiches come Wednesday.

Just kidding, we were just thinking about all of the spuds we make each week, it’s a lot, like A LOT. They’re our favorite snack, and accompaniment to any of our sandwiches. We smash and fry them, then serve’m with a side of our green goddess dipping sauce. So good.
