Last time I went to a pizza pop up was this summer in 90 degree weather quite a change to last nights weather. Not my first time taking photos of Matt, but definitely my first time officially meeting the person behind and finally attending one of these pop ups at

I remember watching Matt the first time I saw him make pizza and marveled at the care put into the craft. Like last time I had a great view of observing as he prepped for the evening and did a test pie for quality control. Was definitely happy to see the squash pizza on last nights menu. Tasted as delicious as it looks ate a couple pieces fresh before walking home before the rain started to fall again. Definitely warmed me up for my walk. Looking forward to seeing you again Matt. And always a pleasure seeing Molly!!

been friends the amazing for our whole lives (which longer than i may want to admit!). she continues to amaze me with her kind heart, amazing cooking skills and continual curiosity - to say she is my soul-sister is to not enough. i remain grateful for the opportunity to sit with her roasting this goat & to feed / nourish all of you who came out!
and a huge thank you to for the incredibly tasty goat! to for the incredible tortillas and for the delicious salsa!!
and to all the helpers, friends & community who came out 🙏🏻❣️🍷grateful!
