💛 Ingredients
1 lb. Fresh Strawberries
1/4 Cup Dates
1 Tbsp. Lemon Juice
💚 Method
• Cook dates in water for 10-15 minutes over medium-low heat, stirring often.
• Reduce to a paste, remove from heat and cool.
Add all ingredients to food processor to blend.
• Pour in an 8x8 glass baking dish and freeze for 4 hours.
• Remove from freezer and pulse mixture in food processor to break up.
• Put mixture back in 8x8 dish and freeze for another 2 hours.
• Serve with a mint or lemon garnish & enjoy!
