Wild Rice Brown Ale
Peasant Bread is on the border between an English Mild and a Brown Porter. This Fall/Winter seasonal release is brewed with Toasted Wild Rice, which adds flavors and aromas of Toasted Walnuts to the already toasty malt bill. Combining Vienna Malt, Honey Malt, Pale Chocolate Malt, Crystal 65 Malt, Brown Malt, and Melanoidin Malt create a broad spectrum of bready flavors and aromas. Our founder and brewmaster developed this recipe from a homebrew recipe that won Best in Show at a State Fair in 2011.

DEAN // Mahogany Pale Ale // 5.6% // Our “Original Beer”, DEAN is a love letter to the Pacific Northwest American Red Ales we adored years back when SingleCut was nothing more than a dream and a messy kitchen. Needless to say, much has changed since then, including DEAN- that rich and complex malt base remains, packed with aromas of nutty bread, toffee, and biscuits, but the hop schedule has always evolved- loaded with aroma of fresh pine, orange juice and candied peels, white grapefruit pulp, and a long sweet linger of marmalade.

Island Jams // 8% abv // Reminiscent of warm days on a tropical vacation, Island Jams is a Piña Colada inspired Milkshake style DIPA brewed with Lactose, Double Dry Hopped with Citra+Mosaic, and conditioned on an insane amount of Pineapple Purée, Coconut, and Vanilla. // Massive notes of ripe pineapple, rich coconut cream pie, fresh squeezed OJ, and sweet tropical fruit smoothie.
