It's our last week of the season here at Higgins Beach Market. We're soaking in the sunshine and enjoying seeing our Higgins Beach community as much as possible.

Stop by and stock up, select items will be on sale throughout the week and over the weekend. Plus it's the perfect excuse to grab a sandwich or soft serve!

Two big announcements:

First, our last day of the 2024 season will be Labor Day, September 2nd. That means you have less than a month to get your fill of breakfast sandwiches and delicious Italians! We’re going to try our best to keep hours as normal as possible but keep an eye out for changes as we might have to limit hours as some of our amazing crew heads back to college and high school activities.

Second - (and much more exciting), is that, thanks to the building and property owner Chris Owens, 2025 will welcome a new look for Higgins Beach Market in the way of a beautiful new building! It’s no secret that we’ve suffered from frequent flooding (surely you’ve noticed the sandbags over the years) and the current building is in tough condition as a result. While we love the open air, beach vibe of the current building, Chris has teamed up with Eider Construction to design a new building that will ensure Higgins Beach Market has legs for the future while capturing the same vibes and atmosphere you know and love. Please look at the plans in the pictures above!

It will be bittersweet to see the current building go, but we’re super excited for the future. Swing by the market in the next month to say goodbye to that pitted concrete floor and those steamy beverage doors!
