Ingredients:
1 oz Irish Cream
1 oz Frangelico liqueur
Directions:
Shake the ingredients together with ice in a cocktail shaker, then drain into a shot glass. Or simply serve as a chilled shot.

If your two favorite words are Baileys and coffee, this one’s for you! Here's how to make the Baileys Espresso-Granite

Ingredients:
5 heaped teaspoons instant Espresso
16 oz boiling water
1/4 c. sugar
1 pinch of freshly ground nutmeg
14 oz Baileys Irish Cream (3.5oz of Baileys Irish cream per person)
Mint leaves to garnish

Directions:
Stir instant Espresso into boiling water. Sweeten with sugar and add nutmeg. Leave to cool. Place in the freezer and leave for approx. 5 - 6 hours until ice immediately. Garnish with mint leaves. Makes 4 drinks.
