Enjoy a guilt free weekend with a refreshing organic Crop Cucumber Collins

2 oz Crop Cucumber Vodka
1 oz fresh lime juice
•5 oz simple syrup (1 sugar: 1 water)
3 cucumber slices
8-12 mint leaves
Club soda
Garnish: cucumber slice & mint

Gently muddle cucumber, mint and simple syrup. Add Crop Organic Vodka, lime juice, and ice and shake until chilled. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice, top with soda water, and garnish.

🥂 Champagne vs Prosecco

Production
Champagne is made using a 2nd fermentation in the bottle, while Prosecco uses the Charmat method which requires less time.

Origin
Champagne is only considered Champagne if it comes from the Champagne region of France 🇫🇷, while Prosecco is mostly made in the Veneto region of Italy 🇮🇹.

Grapes
Champagne is typically made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier grapes 🍇, while Prosecco is usually made from Glera grapes 🍇.

Taste
Champagne is often drier and more mineral, while Prosecco is usually a little sweeter and has ripe stone fruit flavors. Champagne also has a distinct bread yeast or pastry aroma, while Prosecco has more obvious vibrant warm fruit aromas.

Alcohol content
Champagne is slightly higher, at around 12 to 12.5%, while Prosecco is at 10.5 or 11%.

Price
Prosecco is usually less expensive than Champagne because it can be produced in larger quantities.

🍪 Sugar Cookie Latte

Ingredients:
1 oz PD Eggnog Cream Liqueur
2 shots Espresso
4-6 oz Milk
2 tbsp Sugar Cookie Syrup
Ice
Whipped Cream (optional)
# Sprinkles or Sugar Crystals (for garnish)

Sugar Cookie Syrup (optional homemade version):
1/2 cup Sugar
1/2 cup Water
1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
1/4 tsp Almond Extract

Instructions:

1: Make the Sugar Cookie Syrup (if homemade):
In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine sugar and water. Stir until the sugar is dissolved.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla and almond extracts. Let cool.

2: Prepare the Iced Latte:
Brew the espresso and let it cool slightly.
In a glass filled with ice, combine the espresso, PD Eggnog Cream Liqueur, sugar cookie syrup, and milk.
Stir well to mix.

3: Top with whipped cream if desired and garnish with sprinkles or sugar crystals for a festive touch.
