If a wine is made in volume large enough to meet the demand of a big box chain store purchasing agent..it's not handmade wine. It's factory wine for sure. And in wine factories we know up to 72 food ingredients (chemicals) can be, and are, used to doctor, correct and/or 'polish' the wines.
Drink small and you'll drink better!
