It’s a rare experience to taste a grape variety like Susumaniello, native to Puglia. The winery offers the opportunity to savor black and red berries backed by spice, licorice, hints of eucalyptus. Staying in southern Italy, the Calabrian red wine Magno Megonio by was named after a Roman centurion of the second century AD. Not surprisingly, this wine has a big personality and a good structure, being made from another rare grape, Magliocco Canino.
