What started as a 10th anniversary celebration became one of our most beloved pours. 🥃✨

Originally released as a limited run of 500 bottles, our Sherry Cask Finished Single Malt was too good not to bring back. Aged three years in medium-char new American oak, then finished for an additional year in Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, this is our most mature expression yet.

Think: baked apples, dried fruit, molasses, leather, and just a whisper of mesquite smoke. 🍎🔥🍇

Bottled at 100 proof and made to linger, this whiskey is a love letter to time, place, and the craft of distilling in the high desert.
