Bake up some fun with your kids this 4th of July. Try our Firecracker Brownie Bites recipe for a festive treat!

INGREDIENTS
1 box brownie mix
25-30 cherries
Red, white, and blue sprinkles
24 mini cupcake liners
1 bag royal blue candy melts
1 tube white icing

DIRECTIONS
• Prepare your favorite brownie mix or recipe according to the directions, and bake in mini cupcake pan with mini liners.
• Wash and dry cherries, place in fridge for 15-20 minutes.
• Line a cookie sheet with wax paper and set aside.
• In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave blue chocolate melts 45 seconds.
• Stir until melted and smooth.
• Dip chilled cherries into melted chocolate and then into sprinkles.
• Place on the cookie sheet to harden.
• When the chocolate on the cherries has hardened, pipe ½ tablespoon of white icing on top of each brownie.
• Place cherries on top of the icing.
• Let icing harden 10 minutes before serving.

We partnered with Sanibel artist, Rachel Pierce, on a custom jersey for tonight's Islands Night celebration. Rachel, who is known for her breathtaking artwork and jewelry designs, created a spectacular jersey which features the Sanibel Lighthouse - a symbol of Southwest Florida's resilience after Hurricane Ian.

You can bid on these game-worn jerseys to help support civic organizations on the islands most affected by Hurricane Ian. Auction will end May 8 at 10pm EST.
