Foy is a cloudy golden color, with flavors and aroma balanced by late hop additions and spicy phenols created by prominent yeast strain. Notes of citrus and grass with a dry finish.
*Alexandr -Crisp, clean and sessionable, with a firm but rounded hop backbone, Alexandr is the first and original Czech-style pilsner crafted at Schilling. Authentic raw materials shine, and so will almost any beer-friendly food paired with this Czech-inspired lager.

*Cyber Sue -In the battle against boring IPAs, this beastly brew has your back. It’s bursting with tropical fruit notes from a killer squad of Citra, Mosaic, & Simcoe hops that create mango, pineapple & fresh tangerine aromas. Raise your glass and charge ahead! *Whippoorade -West Coast-style Pale Ale brewed with fresh oranges and dry-hopped with Nectaron, Citra and Sitiva.

*F*** Dry January -Triple Dry-Hopped Triple IPA w/ Mosaic, Citra, Columbus & Vic Secret.

*Even More Straight Outta the Marshmallow Laboratory -Hopped with Citra & brewed heavily with marshmallow. Forward flavors of orange popsicles, cream, & tropical fruit. Subtle bitterness.

*Straight Outta Middletown -Straight out of Middletown is dHop2’s big brother. dHop2 is a DIPA that investigates the interplay between our ale strain and an intensive Mosaic and Citra forward hop bill woven four times into its creative process.
*Relative Rates -Relative Rates uses a blend of modern hops and pours a hazy bright yellow. whiffs of tropical fruit, citrus, sweet tangerine and w**d on nose. It’s flavor is tropical fruit, big citrus, plenty of melon with and undercurrent of faint strawberry.
*Moon a Vega -Using a Citra whirlpool and a giant dry hop of Citra and Citra Lupomax, then conditioned this beer on Madagascar vanilla and a touch of lactose. Moon of Vega has flavors of fruit punch orange creamsicle saturated with tropical fruit and citrus.
*Harmonic Wavelength -Collaboration with Spyglass Brewing Company. Double IPA.
*Color Cloud Pink -This 4.5% Berliner Weisse was designed to have a light and pillowy base before being conditioned on copious amounts of pink guava, dragon fruit, and passion fruit. Prior to its release, this amazing fruit combination was fully refermented, and the cellulose has been removed for a better drinking experience.

*Brother Thelonious -Like a Belgian “Dark Strong Ale,” this beer is rich and robust with an ABV of 9.4%. The package features a label picturing the Jazz master.

*La Chouffe Blonde -LA CHOUFFE, with its slight hoppy taste, combining notes of fresh coriander and fruity tones, is the drink which gives them their zest for life.

*Late Nite Passionfruit Raspberry Layer Cake -The fourth varietal of 8.1% imperial pastry sour series, is here! Late Nite: Layer Cake is a decadent desserty beverage that tastes and smells like piles of sponge cakes, raspberry drizzle, and the freshest passionfruit.
*Fallstreak -7.4% IPA with Citra, Galaxy, and Nelson hops. This beer is ripe with notes of sweet tropical fruits, heavy on the pineapple with a shadow of coconut.
*Particles -Particles is an 8.3% Double Dry Hopped Double IPA with Citra, Simcoe, and Topaz! Rocking a similar hop profile to Definitive Ale but with extra horsepower, this hop-saturated beer tastes and smells like ripe fruit orchards, kiwi peels, and lemon sorbet!
*Contee -this 4.6% Kölsch-style beer is defined by it’s supreme easy-drinking quality. Contee is brewed with a combination of German malt and local malt from our friend’s at Maine Malt House.
