We purchase Blue Agave Nectar from Jalisco, Mexico; ferment the nectar, distill and bottle at the Eagle Point Distillery in San Leon, Texas. My first passion was rum & I have been making rum since 2007. I started experimenting with Blue Agave in summer of 2010 because here in Texas we love our margaritas!
