115 Proof , this is a blend of seven barrels aged just under 8 years. If you love The High Rye style, this is for you. This juice is uncut and once it's gone it's gone forever.

Madeira Cask Finish 124 Proof and a California exclusive release. The sweetness of the Madera Cask captures the finish. This is perfect if you love The Sweet and spice Style. This is aged 8 years.

Maple Cask Finish 108 Proof
Batch #04 aged 8 years and uncut as well. This is very flavorful and very well balanced. Even though it's 108 proof it goes down like an 80 proof thanks to the delicious Maple flavors. This would be perfect with a cigar and great company.

Ex Maple Syrup Barrels from an organic Maple Farm in Ohio called , , Seldom Seen Farms. They are known for aging their maple syrup inside Ex bourbon barrels. They sell Bourbon Barrel aged maple syrup. Rare Character acquired three barrels from Seldom Seen Farm and aged their 7 year old Bourbon and Ryes Whiskeys in them. Fortunately, we have bottles available from all three Single Barrel Batches.

The proof and aged statements are stated on the front of the bottle, and the barrel number and type are located on the back of the bottle.

I am excited for this brand new relationship with R.C. and I want to welcome them to the shops.

Good morning neighbors. We are aware of the local scheduled burn at Bonelli Park. We just wanted to let you all know, that the fire department and paramedics are in our plaza and it is not related to the smoke in the air. Nothing is on fire thankfully in our shopping center.

Dear Friends And Neighbors Of San Dimas,

I've been saying this for over 30 years, San Dimas has the kindest people living here. I consider these people my friends, my neighbors and my family. I cannot see my ," customers", neighbors keep getting conned out of their money. Myself, I'm a giver. I always have been and I love to help. These days, you need to know where to help. I will always help people at church, or at a restaurant or a trusted charity. But these people who hang out in shopping centers don't need help, they are preying on our neighbors' generosity. I don't believe our city has a major homeless problem, I believe we have a major ju**ie problem. Homeless people are accepting the programs that are available and are accepting the help that is offered to them. But ju**ies and scam artists don't want help, they want to continue to be ju**ies and scam artists. That's what's wrong with this state.

In the picture with me is a lady and a child. ( Child's face is blocked)
This lady belongs to a group of individuals who holds up signs like this all over our town to scam money from our friends and our neighbors and take advantage of our kindness and generosity.

I did ask her to leave very nicely and respectfully but she refused and started to curse me in her native language. So I joined her and waited for the sheriff to arrive.

I have one request for my San Dimas neighbors, if you want to help people please continue to help people, just please don't do it in parking lots or shopping centers. Do it at your local church or purchase a meal for them if they are near a restaurant. Junkies will most likely use the money and purchase drugs or alcohol with it. Believe me I don't want their money, we refuse them all the time. Thank you for reading this, and I'm always on your side San Dimas.

We've lost a great friend, neighbor and brother in Christ. Bill was truly one of a kind. He loved everyone and did his best to show it too. He was such an awesome Father , Grandfather, Brother and Husband. My heart breaks for all his friends , family and loved ones.
