Welcome to JingSi cooking class!

Today we are making Soy milk hotpot!

Instructions:

1. Stir fry the sliced ​​king oyster mushroom until fragrant and add a little oil.

2. After the oil is hot, add pumpkin and fried tofu and stir-fry gently.

3. Add two bowls of hot water

4. Use two bowls of cold water to mix a bowl of soy milk powder thoroughly and put it into the hot soup.

5. When the soup is slightly boiling, add your favorite vegetables

6. Finally, season with salt and black pepper

Today we are making an easy tofu recipe, which was inspired by a closed friend, she always prepare her tofu with our Jing Si Soy Floss. Hope it will inspire you too!

Instructions:
Find your favorite extra silken tofu
Prepare your tofu on a plate
Drizzle fair amount of sesame oil on top of tofu
Drizzle fair amount of soy sauce
Adding Jing Si Soy Floss with Nuts
Adding dried seaweed flakes for decoration and yummy taste
